Welcome to our workshop! Whether it’s personalized maintenance, renovation, or repairs, our specialized team can work on a wide range of aircraft. In close collaboration with our design office, our workshop is also equipped to perform certified modifications and repairs. We are capable of working on aircraft registered with French, EASA, or FAA authorities.

Personalized Maintenance

From a simple 50-hour inspection to a major overhaul, we can work on all types of structures (wood and fabric, tubing, composite, or metal).

At Air Projet, you receive personalized reporting for your aircraft while it’s in maintenance, accessible from your computer or smartphone.

Renovations

We have specialized expertise in restoring “classic” or vintage aircraft.

We can integrate modern equipment to enhance usability (avionics, modern brakes, engine monitoring, etc.).

Adjustments and Optimization

Is your aircraft not flying straight, or is your engine vibrating or overheating? Our experience enables us to diagnose the issues and fine-tune your aircraft’s settings.

MXS-R

Since 2017, we have managed the complete development and technical support for Mika Brageot’s MXS-R. Involved in the renowned Red Bull Air Races and the AirRaceX series, this true Formula 1 of the skies has taken us around the world!

Dynamic Balancing of Powerplant Assemblies

Air Projet has the necessary equipment to perform dynamic balancing of your powerplant assembly (engine + propeller). Dynamic balancing is a crucial operation, though often overlooked: it will reduce engine wear, maximize performance, and enhance flight comfort. Contact us !

Biplane Airframe Adjustment

We frequently maintain biplanes (Pitts, Stampe, Stearman, etc.) and have extensive experience in adjusting airframes: rigging tension, geometry, and plumb line adjustments are all part of the process!

Optimization of a Christen Eagle II

This American aerobatic aircraft underwent optimization of its engine installation in our workshop. The custom setup included the complete fabrication of a 4-in-1 stainless steel exhaust system and modifications to the cowling.

Preparation and Adjustment of Two Extra EA330SC

We conducted an optimization campaign on two Extra 330 SC aircraft belonging to the same aerobatic club. The goal was to check and refine the settings to ensure both planes had identical performances and handling characteristics.

Assistance with the Construction of a RAVEN 2XS

The Raven S2XS is an aerobatic aircraft offered in kit form. We assisted our client with the assembly process, including complete engine installation and cowling, rigging, and installation of flight controls.
