Reverse Engineering of Brake Block for Hawker Sea Fury

Redesign of original cast parts with CNC-machined components. Includes simulation and numerical calculation of hydraulic braking pressures. Adaptation of specific O-rings and associated adjustments.

Extended Cargo Compartment for Jodel DR1050

Dashboard Modernization for DR1050

In keeping with the original spirit, a complete re-fabrication of a curved dashboard and the creation of a new electrical circuit with connectors for easier maintenance. Additionally, the original firewall was replaced with a stainless steel piece.

Design and Calculation of an Engine Mount for an Ultimate

Since the original landing gear is integrated into the engine mount, we calculated the necessary reinforcements for adapting an aluminum landing gear blade directly onto the fuselage. A new engine mount was also dimensioned and designed to replace the existing one.
